Waterfront access on the property, fish cleaning facility, boat ramp and a 150 ft dock with quick access to Lake Erie. Fully furnished. Sleeps up to 6 people, 2 bedrooms 1 bath. Air Conditioning, heat, tv, wifi, equipped kitchen, outdoor furniture, grill, fire ring, deck, use of dock. It is close to the water however you can’t see the water from the cottage and the only access to the water is on a very dated little pier. If you don’t mind not seeing the water from your cottage, this is no issue at all. Within driving distance (10-15 minutes) from most everything, but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Window AC in the main room and the other bedroom. Very small bath. The bunk bed was so tight in the 2nd bedroom that it could not be moved out to access both sides of the bed, so my husband had to climb up and down from the top single bunk all week. The house is fine for 3 people or maybe a couple and some kids, but not for 2 couples. My only direct communication with Brad, was the day we checked in, after that I could only get a response through a text, or several texts, or through the other longtime renters that were there, that would relay his messages.
