Blue Bird Cottage

The whole house will be yours! I do allow some pets. I need to know what kind of pet and a $50.00 extra cleaning charge is required! So $100.00 cleaning fee if u have a pet!
The space
We are settled in a quiet and peaceful valley with the NC mountains around us. You will enjoy sitting on the screened in porch and listening to the creek and branch!
Guest access
You may walk over both walking bridges...one over the branch the other crosses the creek...also feel free to walk the appx six to seven acres and if you dare....climb the mountain beside the house…from the top an amazing view all the way to Murphy and Andrews!
Other things to note
Very quiet and peaceful setting! Sit on the screened porch beside the creek....beautiful flowing waters!I have reserved a $300.00 security Fee! It isn’t deducted from your total, however, it’s reserved in case of any damages(s)! Thank you!
