Located in the peaceful lakefront community of Granite Shoals, this beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers modern comfort, thoughtful amenities, and quick access to Lake LBJ and the area's top outdoor attractions.  
  
Step inside and be greeted by an open-concept living space blending clean lines and vibrant touches. The stylish kitchen is a dream for any home chef, featuring crisp white countertops, rich blue shaker cabinets, a stainless steel farmhouse sink, and a full suite of upgraded appliances—including a gas range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, air fryer, slow cooker, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and more. Bar seating for four offers a casual dining option, while the nearby dining area makes group meals a breeze.  
  
The living room is cozy and inviting, with a plush sofa and chair, large wall-mounted streaming TV, and a charging dock for your devices. The sofa also folds out into a queen bed for additional sleeping space.  
  
Both bedrooms are spacious suites, each with two comfortable queen beds and wall-mounted streaming TVs.
