Welcome to The Casita at Lake LBJ, your upscale home base for adventure, relaxation, and unforgettable Hill Country memories. Located in the peaceful lakefront community of Granite Shoals, this beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers modern comfort, thoughtful amenities, and quick access to Lake LBJ and the area's top outdoor attractions.  
  
Step inside and be greeted by an open-concept living space blending clean lines and vibrant touches. The stylish kitchen is a dream for any home chef, featuring crisp white countertops, rich blue shaker cabinets, a stainless steel farmhouse sink, and a full suite of upgraded appliances—including a gas range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, air fryer, slow cooker, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and more. Bar seating for four offers a casual dining option, while the nearby dining area makes group meals a breeze.  
  
The living room is cozy and inviting, with a plush sofa and chair, large wall-mounted streaming TV, and a charging dock for your devices. The sofa also folds out into a queen bed for additional sleeping space.  
  
Both bedrooms are spacious suites, each with two comfortable queen beds and wall-mounted streaming TVs. The primary bedroom includes a large ensuite bathroom with a stunning walk-in shower featuring a no-threshold design—perfect for guests with mobility needs. You’re just 0.3 miles (1-minute drive) from Crockett Park, where you’ll find boat ramp access to Lake LBJ, playgrounds, picnic tables, and lakeside pavilions (boat ramp use is $10). For even more recreation, head to Quarry Park & Sports Complex—a free multi-sport facility with covered pickleball, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, as well as soccer fields, hiking and biking trails, and wildlife viewing areas.
