Less than a mile away is the Llano River and the historic downtown square that offers shopping, food, spirits, and fun. We are close by to lakes, Enchanted Rock, Fredericksberg, and Austin. The cabin was spectacular with a beautiful view and deer that came right up to the porch. The interior of the cabin was impeccably decorated and pristine, so inviting the second we opened the door. The full kitchen and fresh breakfast selections provided were very thoughtful. The view from the rockers on the front porch is fantastic, not a lake front but a perfect hill country view, filled with hills, cardinals, doves and hummingbirds as well as a flock of wild turkey. The cottage itself is so comfy, the bed adjustable, fully stocked with a wide variety of breakfast foods and snacks. The bathroom is roomy. My only caution is if you have limited mobility, the path to the cabin is rocky and not level but the 3 stairs up to the cabin has a nice railing. I so enjoyed by stay! ##### Cynthia S. We loved Rick's cabin conveniently located close to downtown Llano; yet with a country feel. Rick welcomed us to the cabin and showed us its many features.
