This retreat with Heating and A/C includes a kitchenette and full bathroom. Take advantage of your private deck and personal soaking tub either by day or starlit night. This is the perfect couple's getaway to escape the daily grind, celebrate an occasion or to reconnect. Also included is a community area with a pond pool, gas grill, hot tub, fire pit and lounging area. The property features 4 luxury tents each with their own private deck and courtyard. The community area features a binzebo with a bar, gas grill, dining area, hot tub and lounging under the stars. Private parking with gated entrance to resort area. Lake access is just a short drive down the street at Turkey Bend Recreation Area. Boat ramp 8.3 miles away at Gloster Bend Recreation Area. Entry fees apply at both parks. In this case, the property and accommodations were better than the pictures. All of the the materials and features within the room were top notch (The only thing that I would recommend upgrading is the coffee maker). One thing I was concerned with before we went was how much privacy we would have given that the individual places were next to each other but this was not a problem at all, it felt like we were the only place out there. My husband and I spent three nights and absolutely loved it!! We didn’t want to leave. The property has 4 large tents and sits on a hill overlooking the valley toward Spicewood. It is about 1/2 mile off the main road on a winding road but Google maps brought us straight there. While it feels remote, there is a grocery store/gas stations about 10 miles away in Largo Vista, or you can go into Marble Falls. Your space will have a coded door that opens onto a large wrap-around deck surrounded by tall fencing so you feel very secluded and private. Like your own little tree house. The tent itself was beautifully appointed, comfortable and had everything we needed. Such thought went into every detail. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator, a single serve coffee pot with coffee supplies, microwave and a single electric hot plate for cooking so we had simple meals which was perfect for us. Kitchen has everything you need, but there is a bbq just steps away in the common area you can use for larger meals. It has a great fit pit area, outdoor dining and bar that would be great if you have friends and/or family staying with you. We did watch TV a bit, but mainly spent our time reading and enjoying the peace and quiet. Loved everything about this little hideaway and can’t wait to go back!!!
