I messaged the property manager and they got back to us immediately and offered to come clean right away or move us to a different suite in the same house. We ended up moving to a different suite which was very clean and worked perfect for our stay. We so appreciated the quick reply and willingness to make the cleaning mishap right! We're all human and mistakes happen so no hard feelings from us! Check in and out was easy and we had everything we needed for our stay in Marble Falls!
