You’ll know you’ve arrived at the Blue Jay Getaway when you see the bright blue door that inspired the home’s name. The beautiful cedar porch creates a warm welcome with its adorable hanging flowers and a lovely wooden bench. This will surely be the perfect place to sit and enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning. Once inside, the kitchen cabinets follow the blue theme and create a bright touch in the home. Within 30 minutes, enjoy the day exploring Fredericksburg, travel to Wine Road 290 which offers 19 wineries within a few miles of each other. Visit one of Fredericksburg’s two amazing museums: the National Museum of the Pacific War and the Pioneer Museum. During the summer, make sure to stop by a fruit stand and grab some famous Fredericksburg peaches.
