Complete privacy with only one neighbor. There are beautiful mature pecan, oak and mesquite trees. Abundant wildlife including deer, turkey osprey, owls, red tailed hawks. Go for a hike without leaving the property. Go fishing or kayaking in the river. Play corn hole, while the family grill master cooks up a meal. The house is very clean, comfortable and the owners were great at responding to any questions that we had. There were 9 of us, 5 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for us all. The grounds were very well kept, there was a beautiful fire pit with chairs and outdoor games. The lake was beautiful and right off the end of the property. There is quite a hike down to the water that might be difficult for older people or those with mobility issues to access, something to keep in mind. Everyone from grandparents to young adultGrandkids found plenty to do! The host had provided plenty of games and there is a tv with Netflix and Prime TV in every bedroom and a huge TV in the living area. The kitchen is equipped with everything one could need or want, and every condiment you can imagine. The WiFi is great and fast with no slowdown even with all 9 devices in use. It’s a short walk down to the river and the kids and small dogs loved it.
