This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking bathtub, and glass walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, woodstove, and ensuite half bathroom with a large single vanity. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles. • This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is located on the front door, actively monitoring the front walkway. The second is located on the storage garage in the back of the property (guests do not have access), actively monitoring the storage garage. • This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 that is not included in your final booking cost. It was perfect for 5 women. We loved the hot tub and the house was exactly what we wanted. And the communication with owners was fast. The town is full of cute shops and boutiques and other interesting things. We enjoyed drives into the countryside, viewing the river and noted that Akiane the youthful artist’s work is displayed in town. There are several nice restaurants, and other interesting things to do in the area.The home is very appealing and very welcoming and enjoyable. We loved the country feel, beautiful woods and very private location although within five minutes of downtown. We even noticed bluebonnets coming up near the front door. The King bed was very comfortable and the updates were all beautiful. The hot tub was great and very much appreciated and helped both our lower back and other joint issues. They have a small fenced in yard, on a 2 acre lot. I have seen alot of deer and did see one cougar, so keep an eye on small pets... this is a great place with the choice of 1, 2 or 3 bedroom rental. However we were expecting a hot tub and were disappointed to find that it was gone (despite being in the pictures online). The cleaning for departure instructions were more than I had experienced in other rentals ( i.e. you have to have the dishes washing in dishwasher as you leave, etc. ).
