This complex enjoys many communal pools, gardens and Jacuzzi areas. The beach and local golf courses are approximately a 4km drive away, as well as a small commercial centre with restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The apartment has secure underground parking, hot & cold vented aircon and free WIFI. This tastefully furnished apartment is located on the third floor, with access by lift and is arranged over two floors. There is a separate, well equipped kitchen. The open plan living space is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a 55" smart TV and a dining table and chairs. The lounge leads directly out on to the open terrace which benefits from a dining table and chairs and a lounge seating area. Take the spiral staircase up to the spacious roof terrace fitted with artificial grass. Here you can enjoy a further lounge seating area. Both terraces offer beautiful views over the communal gardens, pool and mountains. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, built in wardrobes, a 43" smart TV and enjoys direct access to the terrace and a full ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is furnished with bunk beds, which has a single bed on the top and a double on the bottom, and also has built in wardrobes. This bedroom has use of the full guest bath room, including a bath with a shower attachment and a bidet.
