Los Monteros Palm Beach is an exclusive frontline beach and gated community next to Rio Real Golf Course at the east side of Marbella. The community offers manicured gardens, two swimming pools, direct access to one of the best beaches of Marbella, cameras and security 24h. Marbella town is at a 5 min. drive and Puerto Banus 10 min. Rio Real Golf Club is at a 3 min. drive. There are two nice beach restaurants near the complex. The entrance hall opens on to a large living room with fire place that access a large terrace that surrounds the apartment, with south and southwest orientation and enjoys breathtaking views to the sea, the golf course and the swimming pool. The dining room and the open plan kitchen are connected to a separate terrace with an exterior dining area and BBQ. This floor is completed with two bedrooms with terrace and en suite bathroom, and a guest toilet. On the upper floor is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with bathtub and separate walk in shower, and access a large terrace with splendid views to the sea. The fourth bedroom is situated on this floor and has access to the terrace. There is parking for 2 cars in the garage, air conditioning throughout and under floor heating in the bathrooms. Beige coloured marble floors throughout. A cleaning service is included once a week. Additional cleaning can be hire on advance. The community gardens are very well maintained, as well as the two swimming pools with sun beds and umbrellas.
