The beach is just a five-minute drive away, and the renowned Río Real Golf Course, a dream destination for golf enthusiasts, lies only 500 meters from your doorstep.
The Villa:
This stunning three-storey villa is the perfect setting for your next unforgettable holiday, offering breathtaking ocean views and all the comforts of a luxury retreat.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a charming garden that brightens every morning, a sparkling private pool, and a stylish outdoor lounge and dining area - perfect for al fresco meals or relaxing under the sun. Inside, there’s a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV for movie nights, plus a convenient bedroom with two single beds, a dressing room, and a fully accessible bathroom.
The first floor opens to a spacious hall leading into a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing your favorite dishes, a refined indoor dining area, and a bright, elegant living room designed for comfort. This level also features a lovely bedroom with a double bed and a modern bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor, four generous bedrooms each feature double beds and private ensuite bathrooms - three with showers and one with a luxurious bathtub for a soothing soak after a day in the sun.
Step out onto the expansive terraces to take in panoramic sea views while sipping a refreshing drink - a truly idyllic way to unwind.
Just 500 meters from the Rio Real Golf Course and only a five-minute drive from the beach, this villa is perfectly situated for both relaxation and recreation. Marbella’s renowned restaurants, shops, and beach clubs including Trocadero Arena, Padre Beach, Nikki Beach, La Cabane, and Los Monteros, are all just a short 10-minute drive away.
For your convenience, the property includes private parking for up to three cars, and the urbanization provides year-round garden and outdoor maintenance to ensure everything is always in pristine condition.

• Pets
As much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.
• No Parties
You are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.
• AC/Heater
Turn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.
• Security deposit
Please respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.
• Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.
Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).
• Check-out is at latest 11AM.
• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
