The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation. Unfortunately for us with the first 24 hours of checking in a huge ceiling tile in the bathroom that was nearly 1m x1m fell out just inches away from my 9 year old niece who had just got out of the shower. It cracked as it hit the floor, it was a near miss in terms of a hospital visit. We took pictures to show the other tiles look very precarious and loose. While the communication was quick the response was not. They didn't actually visit the property for another 3 days and then did nothing when they visit and said, it's probably best you just don't use that bathroom. They also told us - it's only made of plasterboard, so it probably wouldn't have hurt her too bad! We went down to 1 toilet and shower for a family of 4 for a week and the only compensation they offered was a 10% refund, which they then "forgot" to transfer repeatedly and we have never seen. TRAVEL INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER YOU IF YOU BOOK THIS PLACE, SOMETHING GOES WRONG AND THE INSURER SEES YOU WERE ALREADY WARNED ABOUT THE LACK OF SAFETY. When we left they insisted everything was fine, had new guests coming in and no intention of fixing anything. ##### Corina G. Pero cuando llegamos, la urbanización cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas. Es una zona muy exclusiva y tranquila a una breve distancia del centro de marbella... El trato con la propiedad fue exquisito en todo momento y aunque no de forma presencial te sientes acompañado en todo momento. Las instrucciones de check-in y -out fueron precisas y muy útiles.
