### RDR328 - Modern 2 bedroom Apt with rooftop pool + gym

Fresh and modern 2 bedroom apartment in brand new urbanisation, located in the heart of Nueva Andalucía. The community offers guests a rooftop chillout area, pool (open during the summer season), underground parking, and communal gym. With numerous shops and restaurants within close proximity, and just 10 minutes drive from the beach and Puerto Banús, it is the perfect base for those guests looking for a perfect holiday in the sun!
  
Both bedrooms are similar in size and furnished with a large double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, and direct access onto the property’s private terrace. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, while the second bedroom can use the guest bathroom also fitted with walk-in shower. 
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality holiday home, perfect for those guests wishing to cook and entertain. As well as a separate laundry room, the kitchen features: a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, stove, coffee maker, kettle, all cooking utensils, glassware, plates, etc, and also a small breakfast table with seating for 4.
  
In the living room guests will find a dining area with table and seating for 6, and a large L-shaped sofa facing a smart tv (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). The room is bathed in natural light through 2 sets of windows that provide access onto the property’s private terrace that curves around the length of the apartment. Here guests will find an alfresco dining area (seating for 6) and a chillout sofa. 
  
The apartment has centralised air conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms, as well as strong fibre optic WIFI reachable throughout. Included is access to the community’s swimming pool, gym and rooftop chillout area, and a private parking space in the garage.
  
Please note that a new phase of the complex is still under construction, so some noise during working hours (weekdays) is to be expected.
