Installations and overall care of the apartment was subpar. The front door is difficult to open from the inside. There was a lot of damage and defects in the walls and around the unit. Several of the bathroom installations were not fixed correctly and there was water coming out from the drainage in front of the shower. No toilet paper and very little shower gel/shampoo and soap. However given all of this, the cleaners seem to do a great job given these conditions. Host experience was ok but several issues you usually find with companies that host many apartments. Overall pretty underwhelming and not what was expected from the advertisements. ##### David F. Never had a remote for the tv or heat pump in living room. Lacking kitchen supplies. Besides that the duplex is in a good spot and the people around were wonderful and were always trying to help. If you go to the area the restaurant Picara run by Danny is absolutely fantastic. Great ambiance and the food was out of this world. ##### Cathy G.
