Cozy townhouse located just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, ideal to enjoy Marbella.  
  
It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with three single beds, perfect for families or small groups.  
  
The living room and bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. The property also offers Wi-Fi, furnished terraces, a fully renovated kitchen, a complete bathroom, and an additional toilet.  
  
It is a comfortable, functional, and very well-located accommodation.

This charming townhouse has been designed to offer a comfortable and relaxing stay in a privileged location, ideal for enjoying the coast at any time of the year.  
  
Upon arrival, you will find an outdoor terrace with a table, chairs, and a sunshade, perfect for breakfast outdoors or relaxing in the afternoon.  
  
On the ground floor, there is a spacious and bright living room with air conditioning, comfortable armchairs, Smart TV, and warm, functional décor. The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, complete tableware, and direct access to a private patio, ideal for ventilation and enjoying extra space. On this floor, there is also the main bathroom with shower, sink, WC, and a window for natural ventilation.  
  
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and an additional toilet. The master bedroom is spacious, very bright, and has air conditioning. The second bedroom has three single beds, also with air conditioning, a large window that provides plenty of natural light, and access to a private balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze.  
  
Its proximity to the sea, the comfort of its spaces, and the tranquility of the area make this property an ideal option to enjoy Marbella with comfort and privacy.
