The apartment has a ground floor entrance from the road, but has an elevated position from the terrace, which overlooks the main pool and the gardens, with direct access to these from the garage underneath the apartment. The apartment is situated near the sea, between the golf courses of Cabopino and Santa Maria on the attractive development of La Reserva de Marbella(Phase 1). It is not part of the large Phase II development further in land. This area of the Spain is also known as the Costa del Golf, as there are some fifty courses on the Costa del Sol. The apartment can accommodate four people and is fully furnished with good quality furniture and fittings in a traditional Spanish style with marble floors throughout. A BBQ is provided for al fresco dining. Also can be provided are beach towels at a rate of five euros per holiday per guest. If you are interested in booking this apartment and you find the dates you want are already booked then please be aware that I also own an identical apartment one I own next door. We hired a car and made use of the property's parking space.The apartment was spotless and exactly as listed. There aren't enough stars to appraise Geoff's communication! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area.Close by, there aren't too many bars and restaurants. However just a little further, the Cabopino Marina is beautiful and has some great places to eat and drink. ##### Lee W. Geoffrey ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber mit Anregungen für Essen, Einkaufen etc. Pool war sehr sauber und angenehm. Meistens hatten wir ihn für uns alleine. Diverse keren gemaild en vrijwel direkt antwoord.Het onderkomen was precies zoals wij wilden en ons ook voorstelden. COMPLEET!! TOP!!De omgeving: hebben wij een iets lagere waardering gegeven omdat je eigenlijk voor alles wel een auto nodig hebt. Bijvoorbeeld met de boodschappen. Lidl/Mercadonna/AlCampo/Aldi. Laat onverlet dat het onderkomen lekker centraal ligt zowel naar Marbella/Gibraltar als wel naar Malaga. Gelukkig heeft Geoff ons op alles voorbereid zodat we wisten waar we aan toe waren. Conclusie: in 1 woord geweldig en dank je wel Geoff voor alles. ##### Frans T. The condo was quiet, clean, and the kitchen well stocked to make meals at home. You definitely want a car to get around and the garage parking was a huge bonus instead of trying to find tight street parallel parking each night. The pool area was nice and I felt safe at this location. If you drive to the top of the new neighborhood (golf course) there is a lovely restaurant and view. ##### LaRae K. It was difficult to find the right garage especially in the dark. There is a designated parking spot in the garage of the condo. I’m not sure if I didn’t read the directions well enough but we had a very difficult time finding this in the middle of the night when we arrived on the day of checkin. GPS is not helpful with the maze of one way streets in the neighborhood. I advise to make sure you have clear directions to find the correct garage and know how to find and use the small box and key to open the garage door upon arrival and also to locate the box on the inside of the garage for when you leave the garage. The condo is cheerfully decorated and we enjoyed the balcony with the view of the Mediterranean Sea in the background . Also very pretty sunsets. We couldn’t ask for nicer weather. Die Ausstattung ist auch in der Küche vollständig, so dass man alles findet was man braucht.Es sind mehrere Strände innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Über die Hauptstraße kommt man sicher über eine Fußgängerbrücke.Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter und zu der Betreuung vor Ort. Wir hatten bei der Anreise ein Problem mit dem Schloss, das sofort gelöst wurde, obwohl es schon Abend war.Vielen Dank an Geoff und Teresa für die schnelle Hilfe und die schöne Zeit in dem Appartment. ##### Andreas T. Great restaurants around. I would recommend to hire a car as cheaper option than airport transfers and taxis. Underground allocated parking spot is perfect. Host is great at communicating. Apartment kitchen is fully equipped should you want to eat in some nights. Balcony catches evening sun so great to sit out and relax without always going out . The owner Geoff surpassed himself with his excellent communication. Every email was answered quickly. The information sheet provided covered everything from basic info on the apartment to restaurants and places of interest in the area. The apartment was clean and well equipped for cooking.
