The building features a communal swimming pool and a grassy sunbathing area. The pool is open from May 1 to September 30. The apartment is bright, thoughtfully decorated, and very welcoming. Upon entering, a hallway leads to the living-dining room, furnished with a sofa, side table, and Smart TV. From the living room, you can step out onto a lovely west-facing private terrace, equipped with an outdoor dining area and comfortable armchairs, perfect for enjoying Marbella’s mild climate most of the year. It includes a fully equipped independent kitchen, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms: \- The first bedroom features a double bed (135 x 200 cm), built-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. \- The main bedroom has a larger double bed (150 x 200 cm), a built-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town, the beach, and the promenade, and surrounded by supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and tapas bars, this apartment is perfect for relaxing and enjoying an unforgettable holiday in one of Marbella’s most desirable areas.
