Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious living room elegantly decorated and connected to a modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and functional stay. The living room opens onto a charming northeast-facing private terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors or relaxing at any time of day. On the lower floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), built-in wardrobes, and large windows that flood the rooms with light. Both rooms have access to full bathrooms with showers. Upstairs, the impressive master suite features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, and direct access to a second private terrace, an ideal space to unwind in privacy.
