Welcome to this luxury 3 bed Villa with heating pool. Located in Nueva Andalucia, gated community with 24h security. The house has amazing views and a private beautiful garden. The Villa is close to good restaurants, golf courses, gym, beach, shopping mall and supermarket.  
  
Parties & loud music forbidden in this family friendly area. Heating pool available for free.

Luxurious 3-bedroom villa (6 guests) in prime location. A private villa with a large garden in the heart of Nueva Andalucia /Marbella. The villa is newly furnished with spacious rooms and plenty of light.  
  
With excellent roads and transport links, you can be at the property within 45 minutes from the airport. Marbella and its abundant amenities, restaurants, bars, beaches, beach clubs, golf clubs, and gyms are 5-10 minutes away.  
  
Other things to note  
  
The urbanization is gated and secure with a security guard 24/7\. The villa has a garage and street parking within the urbanization.  
  
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, barbecue, fenced plot, terrace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, balcony, central heating, air conditioning, private pool, garage, Smart-TV, and sofa bed.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.   
  
For families we also offer high chair and baby bed for free, just let us know and we organize what you request.  
  
There are many beautiful beaches nearby. Some famous beaches to visit are Nueva Andalucía beach, Nagüeles, Niiki beach, Bounty beach, Rio Real, and Trocadero Beach Club.
