The complex offers two large swimming pool areas with sun loungers, manicured gardens, 24 hours security and direct access to the best beaches of eastern Marbella and sand dunes (ecological reserve - Dunas de Marbella). Famous Trocadero Arena beach restaurant as well as kitesurf and windsurf facilities only 5 minutes stroll along the boardwalk. Marbella is only a 30 minutes walk away along the beach. This spacious house consists of 3 large bedrooms, all ensuite, with king size beds and plenty of wardrobe space. Extremely clean and very well presented. Very comfortable and relaxing for the whole family. Two fabulous pools in the complex and direct access to the beach.
