Welcome to Los Belvederes A luxurious & modern apartment with panoramic sea views over La Concha mountain the golf valley Nueva Andalucía, and just a few minutes from the golf courses and 10 minutes from Puerto Banus and its beaches.   
  
To reserve this property, we require a minimum age of at least 1 guest to be 29 years or older and to accept all house rules.Los Belvederes a well maintained high standard complex and it’s a quiet family-oriented community where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes at any time and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00   
  
But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this stunning ground floor apartment that is located in an exclusive and secure residential complex in the tranquil area of Nueva Andalucía. This property offers 24 hours security, infinity community pool and tennis court. The tree bedroom apartment it´s modern and completely decorated to a very high standard both in design and functionality.   
  
There is an open-plan living/dining area that leads to the terraces. On the spacious and impressive terraces, you find not only outstanding views but as well jacuzzi, dining area, sofa groups and the option to choose both shadow or sun and of course a BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen is modern with top of the range appliances. All bedrooms have ensuite bathroom with good size and a guest toilet.   
  
The apartment combines elegance and comport with high and modern standards.   
  
Parking is for 1 car inside and along the complex areas. To enter the property you enter a stair. In the apartment there's fiber optic internet and a central hot and cold air conditioning system.   
  
Pool: Opening hours for the pool area in this community is between 10:00-22:00 - All year aroundJacuzzi: The jacuzzi is closed and not in use from first of June to first of September.
