### Golfers & Beach Villa with heated pool

A beautiful decorated luxury villa with private heated pool in a 250sqm garden.  
What we adore about our villa is its ambience and serenity. It has a unique decoration.  
  
We have osmosis water filter, so you don't need to buy any water bottles.  
  
You will find 4 generously cut and designed bedrooms and bathrooms.   
Upstairs you will find three large bedrooms, each with bathroom and bathtub in suite. The main bedroom, overlooking the garden, has a large 40 sqm terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds together with possibility to add an extra bed (cod) or baby cod. The 3rd one has also 2 single beds put together.  
  
On the basement suite you will find a king size bed (two single beds together) and separated by a folding screen (if needed) and two chaise lounges as single beds.   
  
The ground floor houses the living room with kicker-, pool- and air hockey-table, both with access to the terrace and garden; a large designer kitchen together with a double bed bedroom and separate bathroom with shower. The Tv in the living room has all Sky Tv channels open.  
  
The garden is a 250 sqm oasis with heated pool (6 x 3 meters) and a 40 sqm terrace (which can be completely closed by a movable flameless glass) overlooking the garden, with enough sitting areas for everyone and a designer round table for 10 guests. Outside you will find a cosy sitting area just beside the terrace and, near the pool, rocking chairs, which we personally designed, overlooking the pool. We have also 12 hammocks as well as towels for the beach or pool. You will also enjoy the large ping pong table and the adult swings.  
  
We provide all towels, hair dryers, body shower gel and shampoo, as well as spices. We provide also baby cod, tub and high chair.  
The villa is located in an upscale residential area with lots of green areas. The community gardens can be used and the community pool only from July to August and is regulated by the Community of the Urbanisation, so its use and rules are independent from the villa and without any liability from our part. The common areas include 2 paddle courts and a spacious landscaped playground.   
  
Everything is close by. We have two wonderful supermarkets just down the street with fresh bread, fish and meat.  
  
The pharmacy is at 1 km with a nice walk reachable.  
  
The bus stop is 400 meters from the villa. Our guests normally take a local taxi service for larger groups. For instance, the fare from the airport to the villa takes approx. 100€ for a 10 persons group.  
  
At 800 meters you will find already restaurants with daily menus at approx 10€.  
  
The beach is at 1,4 km with a nice walk, where you will find beach restaurants.  
  
Marbella city center is only 9km (approx 10 minutes with taxi, 2 minutes by bus) away and Puerto Banus 19 km (15 minutes with taxi 30 minutes with bus)

#### Villa très agréable, parfaite pour un séjour entre amis

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La villa est belle, fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. La plage est à 15min à pieds (à noter qu'il faille emprunter un pont passant au dessus d'une voie rapide). Le piscine n'est pas très grande, on a pied partout, mais elle permet de se rafraîchir.

Propriété correct mais pas extraordinaire j'ai passer une bonne semaine accueil modeste aucune visite et utilisation de la villa pas de bouteille de champagne de bien venu première expérience famille 6 personnes on à ue la place il à du vous à vis sur la piscine par contre entretien très correct du jardin et de la piscine merci et bonne expérience

#### Séjour très agréable

Semaine en famille dans une merveilleuse maison, très bien équipée, très bien entretenue, jardin superbe, le tout dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Les propriétaires, fort sympathiques, ont tout fait pour que notre séjour soit agréable. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la piscine et tous les jeux mis à leur disposition (baby foot, billard, ping pong, balançoires). Pas de problème pour les courses, le supermarché est au bout de la rue. Quant à la plage, une petite marche de 800 m et on y est. Visites à faire : Ronda, Mijas et bien d'autres sites pour ceux qui le souhaitent. Merci à Alexandra et Friedrich.

Von grossem Vorteil ist die Ausstattung der Schlafzimmer (2 Betten) mit den dazugehörigen Badzimmern für insgesamt 10 Personen. Der eine oder andere Stuhl als Ablage von Kleidern wäre nützlich. Insgesamt ein sehr erfreulicher Aufenthalt.

This villa was well located for our touring of Southern Spain. We were able to visit the Alhambra, Gilbraltar, and even Morocco from this place. The grocery store was a short walk and the kitchen was well stocked with the basics as well as spices, oils and vinegars. We had a couple of great home cooked meals !

A beautiful Villa in a fantastic location. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Serenity Villa. It is spotlessly clean, has every amenity you could possibly want and in a quiet location not far from Marbella (easy Uber trip) but with a host of great beach bars and restaurants all within a 10 minute walk. We will be back. I recommend Serenity Villa for a wonderful stay close to Marbella and all the Costa Del Sol has to offer

Believe everything you read about this property - it really does live up to the reviews. The hosts were fantastic and the communication was brilliant. The house is so well stocked with everything you could need. Two good supermarkets on your doorstep. Close to the beach. We had children of various ages and all were kept entertained. The entire party agreed we would love to return. We've done a few villa trips now, and this one has been exceptional. Thank you.

#### Perfect villa and perfect holiday for our family!

Our group consisted of ten adults— us plus our four adult children and their spouses. The villa was immaculate and the grounds were as well. The home is lovely and the garden is a true oasis. Beds are very comfortable and each bedroom is air conditioned. We spent most of our time on the back terrace and pool area while at the villa. The walk to the beach is easy-about fifteen minutes. There are coolers thoughtfully provided for packing food/drinks. Several beach clubs are close by to rent chairs/umbrellas for an affordable cost. Several restaurants are also nearby, one evening Mini India delivered a delicious feast for our group. Lidl and Mercadona are a 2 minute walk from villa. At the Mercadona we bought fresh fish (which the store cleaned for us) and enjoyed rainbow trout and dorado grilled at the villa. We took a day trip to Mijas, about 20 minutes away. We also visited Puerto Banus, Old Town Marbella and enjoyed a sailboat excursion from the marina at Marbella. This was our first trip to Spain. Everyone loved the villa and Spain; we hope to return again.

#### The perfect villa! 

My family and I have just returned from a fabulous week at the Serenity Villa. The hosts were so accommodating.. in the lead up to our stay, on arrival and during. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more .. the Villa itself was just perfect .. we were a party of 7 but the villa could easily accommodate 12! Each bedroom was immaculate with all en-suites providing all required .. shampoo, shower gel, towels and hairdryers! Beach towels were also supplied .. the balcony via the main bedroom was beautiful and provided extra space. The kitchen was the most equipped and stocked that I have ever experienced, with everything labelled. clearly. We even did some washing The outside area however is the place we spent the most time .. beautiful table where we could all eat together, a lovely seating area to sit and have a chat and a cuppa on the morning and a few drinks in the evening and a BBQ with everything provided! The pool table, air hockey and table tennis where much used and an added bonus .. the Gardener comes every morning to clean the pool and keep everywhere tidy and there are plenty of sunbeds .. I could go on but it’s safe to say that this is definitely one of the very best villas we have ever stayed at and you would be hard pushed to find anything better .. worth every penny.

#### Nice house with lovely garden

For the third year in a row I had a lovely holiday in this nice house. The garden is perfect for relaxing under too big threes who gives shadow in hot days. And a nice tempered pool is also a big plus. The house is so well equipped, I don’t miss anything. The owners are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. So I highly recommend this place!
