Nueva Andalucía: Cosy apartment block "Esencia de jazmin". On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Puerto Banús, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. For shared use: garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Public parking on the road. Shop, grocery, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 200 m, café 100 m, bus stop "La Barraca" 500 m, sandy beach 2 km. Sports harbour 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.  
4-room apartment 80 m2, lower ground floor. Practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the patio. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm).
