Casa Stefania is a stunning, fully refurbished three-storey townhouse located within the exclusive community of Marbellamar, just a few metres from Casablanca Beach—one of the most beautiful stretches along Marbella’s prestigious Golden Mile. Blending modern sophistication with timeless charm, this elegant home offers the perfect setting for a memorable Mediterranean escape.   
  
Please note: Marbellamar is a peaceful, residential community of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Stefania is not suitable for stag or hen groups, or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all visitors to maintain a tranquil atmosphere, particularly during quiet hours and within the communal areas.   
  
Spend sun-filled days and warm evenings unwinding on the spacious private terrace, or take a stroll to the beach promenade to enjoy Marbella’s vibrant coastal life—whether you prefer relaxed seaside living or mingling in the city’s most glamorous settings, Casa Stefania offers both.   
  
The Paseo Marítimo, Marbella’s famous beachfront promenade, is just 40 metres from the door. A short walk east leads to the charming Old Town, with its cobbled streets and traditional tapas bars, while to the west you’ll find the legendary Marbella Club and Puente Romano Resort, home to several Michelin-starred restaurants and chic nightlife venues. A little further along the coast lies Puerto Banús, known worldwide for its luxury yachts, designer boutiques, and lively atmosphere.   
  
For those seeking more active pursuits, Marbella offers an exceptional range of outdoor activities, from water sports, cable skiing, parasailing, and dolphin safaris to horse riding and world-class golf at dozens of nearby courses. The state-of-the-art kitchen includes every modern convenience, from a Nespresso machine and wine fridge to an ice-maker. The elegant lounge and dining room open onto a private, east-facing terrace with a tranquil water feature, outdoor seating, and dining area—perfect for enjoying Marbella’s golden evenings. A premium outdoor sound system allows guests to set the mood, and optional shade is available when needed. The ground floor also features a guest cloakroom and separate utility yard with laundry facilities, extra storage, and a third refrigerator.   
  
The first floor features a luxurious master suite with a dressing area and an exquisite Travertine marble bathroom with a walk-in power shower. Two additional bedrooms on this level (configured as twins or doubles) share a beautifully appointed family bathroom.   
  
The upper floor offers two more en-suite bedrooms—one with a queen-size bed and the other adaptable as a twin or double—each elegantly furnished with brand-new fittings. This level also includes a sun terrace with loungers and shade, accessible from both the landing and the double bedroom.   
  
Guests enjoy fast, free 5G Wi-Fi (up to 500mbps) throughout the property, along with over 1,000 international TV channels including Sky Sports, BT Sports, and Sky Movies, plus a vast selection of films and box sets. The location is fabulous to the water & walkable to cafes, shops. Unfortunately the water situation was poor at best, with 4 people taking showers there was not enough water for even 2 showers. The bed linens need to be looked at & more blankets when it is cold. We were there in the winter but it must be a great place to be in warm weather.

Just beautiful. The beach is one minute away as is the community pool. The managing staff (Kate) was very attentive with us on booking and suggestions. The local company, Fate Foods Catering (Louisa), who provided us with our full breakfast needs each day (Ed, chef and Rubin, waiter could not have been kinder), only added to the luxury of this villa. If it's available during your stay then do not hesitate to book. There is much to do in this area!!

Amazing property right on the beach. Lots off social indoor and outdoor space. Very generous welcome pack which kept us going until the following day so we didn’t need to rush out. #### Paradise in Marbella

I have stayed in many rentals. This one gets a perfect score. The house, the location, the management group, everything. The only issue is you may not want to rent a car. It is so popular that there is nowhere to park during the day alstjough lots of room after 6pm. We just rolled with that and it was amazing

The property is large and clean with many amenities. The kitchen is very well stocked. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The patio is large and fun. The place overall is very well appointed and in a great location.

#### Luxurious accommodation in a superb location

The accommodation was a very high spec and was fitted out with every possible accessory to make our holiday a luxurious affair. Location was ideal just a 1 minute walk from the beach and less than that from the communal swimming pool which was never overcrowded. There were lots of excellent restaurants within a twenty minute walk of the property. There is a lovely sun terrace on the roof and on the ground floor a very spacious outdoor area for relaxing and socialising.

Traditionell spansk radhus med många sovrum & litet takterrass. Genomgående hög standard och faciliteter. Minus för poolområde. Den var öppet vardagar till 16, inga solstolar, gräs med taggiga ”blommor” var inte heller skönt. Plus för närheten till stranden, bra restauranger samt mataffärer. Även tv/ljud systemet var mycket bra. Bra att veta är att återbetalningen av depositionen dröjer drygt en vecka.

#### Amazing

From start to finish this was an amazing place. We arrived to a welcoming basket and a smilie face and the team couldn't be more helpful throughout our stay. The villa was amazing, pictures don't do it justice, was central to both peurto banous and marbella old town with the taxi journey only 5 minutes and with plenty of restaurants and shops around. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in marbella.

#### Exceptional property in ideal location. 5 stars!

We stayed for four nights in May, at the start of the season. The house was perfect in every way: clean, beautifully decorated, well arranged. It had all the equipment you would need and lots of different spaces to doze in the sun or shade. Emily is on hand if you have any additional requirements. It is 2 minutes walk to the beach, plenty of parking in the street outside, and it is easy to get taxis to Puerto Banus or Marbella. Locally, there are many lovely restaurants to stroll to. All in all, a perfect vacation and we will be back soon!

#### Absolutely fantastic villa!!!

Pictures can be very deceiving when it comes to booking places to stay. I can honestly say Casa Stefania 2 doesn’t fall into this category, the place is simply stunning. I was told it was renovated, which is was to a very high standard, the technology within the villa is up to date, all rooms are modern, the beds are very comfortable and the facilities available made my stay very convenient. the location is ideal (close to the beach and shops/restaurants), in general I have to say this place is impressive and I would certainly book again.

#### Perfect from start to finish

From the moment we made contact with the hosts to the moment we checked out and handed back the keys, the service was faultless. The villa has everything you need and more and has been finished to a very high spec. Absolutely stunning and a real pleasure to stay in, having clearly just been renovated and furnished. We were greeted by Emily who was extremely helpful and had went to the trouble of proving food and drinks for our arrival. The beach is basically on your doorstep and must be no more than 30 seconds walk, with shops and restaurants a couple of minutes walk away also. Very close proximity to Puerto Banus and Marbella centre both between 5-10 mins taxi ride. Couldn't be happier with the stay and the holiday in general and I would recommend and stay again without hesitation. You will not be dissapointed.

#### Stunning Townhouse with great position near the Beach

We stayed in July for two weeks, the house has been completely renovated inside to an exceptional high standard and very tastefully decorated while being practical at the same time. We loved the new entrance hall and extended kitchen. Having five full bedrooms mainly en-suite was also fantastic and there is a good sunbathing terrace on the roof. The back patio was lovely with plenty of space to relax and enjoy a drink. It was beautifully lit and meant we could extend our evening outside playing cards and listening to music. The amazing huge flat screen smart TV was a great feature and enabled us to catch up on Wimbledon . We enjoyed a few barbecues as the front garden has a very good barbecue and sofas for others to sit and chat while the cook is busy ! It is a good position as it made it easy to go to and from the kitchen. The proximity to the beach front was a great feature and although we had a car we used it less than expected as we could walk to many restaurants on the front and also to tennis courts nearby. Cappucinos towards Marbella was a favourite as it has food to suit anyone and the service was excellent. All in all a fantastic stay was had by all of us and thanks to Emily who was very helpful in any of our requirements such as sorting out cleaning etc. We hope to be able to return in the future .

#### Love love loved it, would definitely recommend

Amazing, beautiful, pristine and high end property (recently renovated) located steps from the beach.....couldnt ask for more. Located very close to amazing beach front and street restaurants, 5-10min walk to large super market ......my mother now wants to retire in spain, we were there for a family reunion, 4 families and everyone fell in love with the property. I highly recommend it. House has 3 levels and there's enough room for a large group to mingle together and escape from each other.
