Just meters from the beautiful sandy Casablanca Beach and set in the heart of Marbella's prestigious Golden Mile, Casa Julieta is a wonderful five-bedroom townhouse with accommodation for nine guests.



Please note: Marbellamar is a tranquil, residential area made up of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Julieta is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas.



This charming townhouse has been thoroughly renovated by the current owners to provide stunning, spacious, and superbly well-appointed accommodation over three floors. The lounge and separate dining area are luxurious and elegant, with French doors leading to a private terrace featuring a comfortable seating area, an outdoor dining table, and a BBQ. The terrace can be completely covered if shade is required. The kitchen is superbly equipped with every conceivable facility, even down to a Nespresso coffee machine!



Also on the ground floor is a single bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in shower, which also serves as a guest cloakroom.



On the first floor is a huge master bedroom with a separate dressing area and a walk-in shower room. On this floor, there are two further large and beautifully decorated bedrooms that share an impressive family shower room.



On the upper level is another double guest bedroom with its own bathroom and an upper living room with a kitchenette, providing access to the roof terrace, where guests can enjoy amazing views of the beach and sea, as well as a comfortable dining area.



The location of Casa Julieta is perfect for enjoying all that Marbella has to offer: Within easy walking distance along the Paseo Maritimo (beach promenade) is the port and old town of Marbella with its' traditional bars and restaurants and to the west is the world famous Marbella Club. A little further on is the Puente Romano Hotel and Spa, undoubtedly the most fashionable area of Marbella and here you can chill out and relax or rub shoulders with the rich and famous depending on your mood. Puerto Banús with its glamorous boutiques, superyachts and superb nightlife is a little further on.



There is no need for a car if you come to Casa Julieta, there are dozens of excellent restaurants and bars within a five minute walk of the front door, including three of the best restaurants on the coast within five hundred meters. There are four supermarkets within seven minutes of the property and guests are quite simply spoilt for choice when it comes to local amenities.



For those seeking active leisure pursuits there is a host of activities on offer ranging from water sports, cable ski, para-sending, wind and kite surfing, dolphin safaris and boat charters through to horse riding and of course golf which you can play on any one of the dozens of excellent courses on the coast. There is something for everybody and guests at Casa Julieta have use of the private community swimming pool (open in the warmer months of the year) and tennis and paddle courts. We provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads. Guests have the choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included are BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets.



The property is managed by Finest Rentals, a family-run business with excellent reviews across all holiday rental platforms, ensuring guests receive top-notch service and an unforgettable experience.



For added convenience, guests can arrange cleaning and linen changes during their stay at an additional cost. We also offer maid services and can organise catering within the property.

From April 20 to May 1: Pool is closed.



From May 1 to June 15: From 11:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m.



From June 16 to August 31: From 11:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m.



From September 1 to October 15: from 11:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m.
