The Villa:
This elegant, fresh, and contemporary villa is situated in a very privileged location of Marbella, a stone’s throw from all amenities. Villa Gardenias has it all for the perfect holiday! Set back from the hustle and bustle, but a stone’s throw from all amenities and stocked with state-of-the-art fixtures and fittings and filled with fantastic features such as 5 ensuite bedrooms, a games room, and a breath-taking roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen, jacuzzi and chill-out lounge, this is the perfect choice to come and enjoy the luxurious Marbella lifestyle with your every whim catered for.

This spectacular, gated, high-end luxury property features five bedroom suites, a heated pool, garage, elevator, TV lounge, sauna, gym, and bodega. There is also a large rooftop patio with excellent sea views, an outdoor kitchen, and a jacuzzi. There is simplicity in the modern interior design of the villa that has given it everlasting relevance. The furniture has clean lines with smooth, sleek surfaces. In particular, metal, chrome, and glass are the designer's favorite choices.

The ground floor offers an open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining table, and a lounge area with a large Smart TV. Large sliding doors give access to the wonderful terrace, garden and pool (with optional pool heating for an extra weekly charge).

The villa has a good-sized lawned garden around the private pool. There are 6 sunbeds, 3 parasols and a variety of seating and dining areas on the covered terrace. There is a gas BBQ on the terrace near the entrance to the kitchen. The garden is surrounded by hedges and palm trees, providing privacy and tranquillity.

Inside, the soft-toned furnishings, subtle and smooth lines, top-of-the-range fixtures and good use of lighting and natural light provide this villa with a luxurious, spacious and relaxing ambience. On the entrance level, there is a double bedroom (with 2 x 90cm beds) with an ensuite shower room.

Upstairs, you find the Master Bedroom Suite that has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and large rain shower. There is access to the upper terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Here there are chill-out lounge facilities.

There are 2 further double ensuite bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin 90cm beds.

The highlight of Villa Gardenias is the basement level that features a Games Room with a comfy sofa, large screen TV and a Pool Table. There is a fabulous Wine Cellar with a variety of champagne and wines that you can enjoy (bottles are individually priced). There is also a Spa Area with a Finnish Sauna and Shower with Steam Therapy

The garage houses some gym equipment and a Ping Pong table. There is a 5th double bedroom on this level (that enjoys natural light), with its ensuite bathroom.

Another great aspect of Villa Gardenias is the amazing roof terrace! Accessed by the elevator, here you can enjoy the jacuzzi while cooking up a storm on the gas BBQ. There is also a small fridge and a sink. There is a dining table with an umbrella, allowing for wonderful meals and relax time at all times of the day.

Additional features include Sonos speakers outdoors and in the living room, high-speed wifi throughout, air conditioning, and garage space for 2 cars, with further parking on the gated driveway for 2 cars.

Located in an ideal spot for those seeking to fully embrace the culture and ambiance of the lifestyle in central Puerto Banus. It is close to the fabulous marina with its buzzing nightlife, luxurious shops, and world-renowned yachts. The beaches are only a 10-minute walk away and amenities such as gourmet shops and groceries are all within walking distance.

Puerto Banús is known as an exclusive sailing and leisure port which is a benchmark in Europe. Just inland from the famous marina, beach clubs, eateries and designer shopping of Puerto Banús is Nueva Andalucía, one of the finest residential areas of Marbella.

Although small, Puerto Banus offers an amazing wealth of facilities and attractions; including beautiful beaches on either side of the port, a myriad of restaurants and bars, water sports, golf, a casino, cinema and a amazing selection of upmarket and expensive fashion boutiques; there is also an El Corte Ingles department store here, the largest department store chain in Spain.

If you really want to get a birds eye view of the port and its magnificent setting, then you can take a boat trip around the local coastline, which you can catch central promenade area.

The area is ideal for those who wish to be based in a calm area, just a few minutes away from the beaches, nightlife and amenities of the area, and it’s also an excellent base to explore the whole of Costa del Sol. • PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.

• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.

• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.

• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.

• Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).

• Check-out is at latest 11AM.

• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
