A little gem on the beach

Fabulous beach house

Just wonderful, straight onto the beach, most beautiful sunset. We saw dolphins several times. We will definitely be back. Daniel and Walter communicate very well.

Wonderful property

Location is wonderful, house is clean and well equipped, bed super comfortable and lots of hot water, but it isn’t about inside, it’s all about outside, it’s the best sunset ever. Daniel is great, not intrusive at all but there if you need him. We will 100% be back.

Schönes Strandhaus

Super Lage direkt am Strand, viele Strandrestaurants ganz nahe, ruhiges Haus, schöne große Terasse vor Haus und auf dem Dach, gesamte Einrichtung gut, Küchenausstattung neu und gut. Nur der Wind kann bisweilen heftig sein.

Perfekt für einen Strandaufenthalt

Alles in allem sehr gut: Lage: 10/10 - mehr Strand und Meer geht nicht - erste Lage :) Das einzige Manko sind die in die Jahre gekommenen Möbel (sehr viele kaputte Stühle im Außenbereich, es gibt nur noch eine Liege etc) und die Sauberkeit im Haus könnte besser sein. Alles in allem würden wir trotzdem wieder kommen, für einen Sommer -Strandaufenthalt wirklich zu empfehlen.

Our 2nd time at the beach house.

Lovely beach house right on the beach, has everything you need, perfect for two. Comfortable bed and very quiet at night you can only hear the waves, so peaceful. Only a few minutes along the beach to nice restaurants. My wife and I stayed here last year and could not wait to return, may be back again next year! Daniel is close by to assist with key handover and any problems, we had none. Walter the owner always responds quickly to booking requests. Great holiday.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schönes Häuschen in bester Lage und guter Ausstattung. Besonders schön, dass keine Mauer die Sicht auf das Meer behindert. So konnten wir gemütlich unter dem gut gemachten Sonnendach sitzen/liegen und auf das Meer schauen und u.a. Delphine sehen. Aber auch dem Getue von zu vielen Hunde-Menschen morgens und abends am Strand. Die Kommunikation sowohl mit Walter als auch mit Daniel problemlos. Wir können das Häuschen auf jeden Fall empfehlen, vielleicht noch ein Fliegengitter am Schlafzimmer Fenster und bei der Aussendusche noch einen Schlauch um sich nach einem Strandspaziergang die Füße zu waschen.

That's perfect

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub. Angefangen mit dem sehr netten Empfang vom Verwalter "Daniel" er war immer für uns ansprechbar und mehr als hilfsbereit, das Haus, die Lage und natürlich das Wetter. Seit 15 Jahren verbringen wir in Costabella unseren Urlaub . . . . dieser war perfekt. Vielen Dank ;-) wir kommen wieder !!!

Servicios deficientes

La ubicación del jardín a pie de playa es maravilloso ya que no tienes que moverte a ningún sitio. El coche no puede acceder a la puerta de la casa por la calle estrecha. La vivienda no admite mascotas pero había caquita en el jardín de algún perro. Las dos tumbonas del solárium de la casa de las fotografías no existen ya que había un montón de sillas acumuladas muy sucias. Las dos tumbonas de madera del jardín trasero tampoco existían. Solamente una hamaca en toda la casa de madera. Pedimos que nos facilitarán una más ya que éramos dos personas y nos dijeron que no tenían y que las personas que habían estado antes habían roto la otra de madera por lo que la que había la tuvimos que turnar. El agua caliente de la casa funcionaba a ratos. También tuvimos que dejar la casa a las 10 ya que venían a limpiar para la entrega de las siguiente personas. El armario de la habitación huele a nectarina. No aparece en las fotos y la mayoría de mantas y almohadas que hay allí están sucias. Por el precio que nos salió los tres días hemos estado satisfechos sobre todo por la playa tan cerca pero la vivienda necesita un poco más de mantenimiento y reponer lo que se rompa. Tampoco dispone de Wi-Fi pero sí de aire acondicionado.La atención de Daniel fue muy buena.

Excellent location

The Beach House is an perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Lovely gardens and a great view of the beach. The house is very comfortable and with all the sea air and comfy bed slept like a log. Hope to return again soon!

Superbe emplacement

Bien que très bien situé, cet emplacement a besoin d’être rafraîchi. Les meubles sont vieux et désuets. Le wifi serait le bienvenue. Il serait nécessaire de changer le matelas.

Traumhaftes Anwesen in absolut spektakulärer Lage

Wenn für Sie das Schönste an einem Ferienhaus ist, dass sechs Maßgedecke in Reih' und Glied in Schublade liegen, dann sind Sie hier falsch. Hier bekommen Sie etwas Besseres. Etwas, das andere gerne versprechen würden, wenn sie es denn könnten: Ein Haus direkt am Strand m t gepflegtem Garten. Kein Weg und keine Straße trennt Sie vom Meer. Während Sie im Garten sitzen und dort ihren Aperol Spritz schlürfen, überlegen sie sich, ob sie kurz ein paar Züge im Mittelmeer schwimmen wollen. Die Ausstattung ist mit zwei Klimanlagen, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügelbrett und -eisen, viel deutscher Urlaubsurliteratur, Grill, Tresor, TV und Radio mehr als vollständig. Verwaltet wird das Haus von einem grundsymphatischen Familien-Team mit dem Herz auf dem rechten Fleck. Fußläufig gibt es einen Supermarkt, er bis in die Nacht geöffnet ist. Parkplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Was soll ich sagen? - Natürlich haben wir jetzt schon für 2021 gebucht.
