The apartment has an elevator, and beach towels are provided for your convenience.  
  
You can enjoy 2 covered terraces and 1 open terrace, as well as access to a shared garden with exceptional vegetation. The luxury complex offers 3 shared outdoor pools open year-round, including a children's pool, as well as a sauna and shared outdoor showers.  
  
Street parking is available and events are not allowed on the property. You will be just 100 meters from the sea, in a luxury complex surrounded by beautiful gardens. In the area you will find numerous bars, restaurants, pharmacies, beach bars, supermarkets, hairdressers, car washes, banks, cafés, bakeries, taxis, a church, police station, and gas station. You are next to a well-known beach club, only 10 minutes by car from Marbella city center and 7 minutes from La Cañada shopping center. Public transport and a tennis court are easily accessible.  
  
A cot is available upon request. Please note that there are surveillance cameras in the hallway and entrance, but they remain off during your stay.
