Description:  
This spacious apartment (152m2) with three bedrooms and a large terrace (25m2) is located in private urbanization Alicate Playa with lavish Mediterranean vegetation, access to the free shaped pool, sunloungers and open air showers within walking distance to a sandy beach, restaurants and chiringuitos.  
  
  
~ Inside  
The large living room has two comfortable large sofas, one coffee table and a flat-screen TV. The marble floors cool the atmosphere on warm summer days. There are thematic paintings all around the space with Mediterranean landscapes. The living room also hosts a dining area with a wooden table and comfortable chairs for six persons. The furniture is carefully chosen, and it displays elegant decorative motifs. From the living room, you may exit to the terrace, which offers beautiful views over the urbanization and its manicured garden and lush Mediterranean vegetation.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen offers all the equipment for a comfortable stay: oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, vitro ceramic, toaster, and water kettle. There is a small table for having a quick snack. You have an additional loundry room with everything needed to wash and dry your laundry.  
  
A small hall takes you from the living room to the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed (160x200cm), impressive wardrobes, windows overlooking the urbanization, nightstands with lamps, wooden armchairs, and large wardrobes. The en suite bathroom has a bathtub, a double sink with a large mirror and a window. The second bedroom has a large double bed (140x200cm) and an exit to the terrace. The en suite bathroom has a bathtub, a double sink and a large mirror. The guest bedroom has two single beds (2 90x200cm), spacious wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and a nightstand with a lamp. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and a sink with a mirror.

From the living room, you have access to a lovely spacious terrace (25m2) that offers garden views. From here, you may admire the lavish Mediterranean vegetation that compliments the manicured garden. It offers you enough room to enjoy your meals outdoors or to enjoy your morning coffee or a late night conversation in the dim light.

Alicate Playa is a private and secured development, consisting of 6 phases. The apartment is located in the second phase, just 150m from the beach. Inside the neighborhood, you'll find an oasis of tropical trees, palm trees and colorful Mediterranean flowers surrounding the pool placed in the middle of the neighborhood. The neighborhood has video surveillance, and all entrances have a security code with Interphone. You also have access to four paddle tennis courts.  
  
~ Beach  
Alicate Playa beach is located just 150m from the apartment. The beach is covered in fine sand, the water is clean, and during summer, the entire beach is cleaned daily both manually and mechanically. Right on the beach, in front of the neighborhood, you have Los Sardinales restaurant, which specialises in fish dishes, from where you can also rent sunbeds and umbrellas. In the area you'll find other beach restaurants and chiringuitos.  
  
~ Shopping/Restaurants  
The nearest supermarket is Supersol, 950m from the apartment. From Supersol you can buy fresh vegetables, fresh baked bread, fresh fish and other products. In 5km you have Elviria shopping area, the biggest shopping center from Marbella East side. Here you can find two supermarkets (SuperSol and OpenCor), grocery shops, a pharmacy, hairdressers, bars and restaurants. In just 6km (5 min drive), you have two other local supermarkets, Mercadona and Lidl. One of the biggest shopping malls in Costa del Sol is located at a 10-minute (9km) drive from Alicate Playa. Here you'll find everything you need, from food to clothing or domestic stores. As for restaurants, the nearest one is Los Sardinales, at 130m, where they serve fish dishes and both traditional and international cuisine.  
  
~ Activities  
There are lots of things for you to do and you don't have to go too far from Alicate Playa. Within 9km, you reach the hidden pearl of Costa del Sol, Puerto Cabopino. It's a small but enchanting harbor with a pretty port, a small boatyard, attractive architecture and a large choice of restaurants. For golf lovers, there are two renowned golf courses within just 900m, Marbella Golf and Country Club and Santa Clara Golf. For your kids or for a family activity, we have the perfect place just 5km away: Aventura Amazonia Park, the largest adventure park in Andalusia. Of course, Marbella's city center and old town are a must-see, and you can reach Marbella's center in just 10 minutes (8km). Puerto Banus is the main attraction on Costa del Sol, known as the pole of luxury and parties. In a 20-minute drive, you'll reach one of the most famous harbors on Costa del Sol. It has berths for 915 boats, including those of the King of Saudi Arabia and several of the world's wealthiest people. Its streets are lined with expensive luxury boutiques like Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce Gabbana, and others.
