### 1102 - Marbella Town Villa

This magnificent villa is located in a peaceful area near the Marbella city centre and the beach.   
  
A perfect location to discover old town and the beach promenade . With a maximum capacity of 9 guests - it has 4 bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms, a WC, living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace with lounge area next to pool and garden. THE VILLA HAS A HEATED POOL (EXTRA CHARGE) Tennis Center is 500 meters away - a large park with BBQ areas, football fieldTennis, is opposite of the villa Great gym in walking distance.   
  
With a maximum capacity of 9 guests ( if a little child can use the cot - otherwise max. 8 guests ), There are two bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and a terrace.   
  
The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped with modern appliances. You will also find a large private pool and barbecue. The location is perfect. most of our guests arrive without car because everything you need is in walking distance. one car can park in our secured parking place closed with gate. enjoy our barbecue and outdoor relax and dining area. sun loungers are on the pool. wifi included.   
  
HEATED POOL ON REQUEST DURING THE AUTOM AND SPRING SEASON. THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE HEATED POOL   
  
The villa is located in a quiet area and only 15 minutes walk to the center of the city of Marbella, the old town and the beaches of Marbella.   
  
Just 5 minutes walk, 200 meters, you can access the Sports Center where in addition to spectacular views of the coast, you can practice sports such as tennis, paddle tennis, football, basketball ...   
  
Just 10 minutes away by car you will find beaches and some famous beach bars and restaurants (Café del Mar, Los Sardinales, La Pesquera, Puente Romano, Don Carlos Beach Club, Los Caños, El Fuerte Beach Club, Victor´s Beach, La Cabane , Nikki Beach, Suite del Mar, Trocadero Arena) serving delicious local and international dishes.

The largest shopping center in Costa del Sol, La Canada, is only 4 km (5 min by car) away. Here you can find a wide variety of products, from clothing to food or building materials. There are also other local supermarkets in the area (5 minutes walking), El Corte Ingles, Dia, Supersol, Mercadona, Lidl or Opencor (24 hours open).   
  
The well-known Puerto Banús, located 8 km away, a luxury marina where numerous luxury yachts, restaurants and fashion shops are based.
