Welcome to our unique 1st line beachfront villa, an oasis of luxury and tranquility on a 1500 sq. ft. plot with an amazing pool garden area. This stunning villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a separate apartment that can accommodate up to 3 guests, complete with a small kitchen, an ensuite bathroom, and an open fireplace.   
  
The villa is designed for the perfect family vacation, offering an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, free WiFi, and ample parking spaces in front of the villa. The very well-equipped kitchen ensures you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.   
  
Relax and rejuvenate in this unique spot with dream-like sunset views and a prime panorama of the sea, stretching all the way to Gibraltar and even Morocco. Excellent beachfront restaurants are just 200 yards away, with several more located within 200-800 yards. Shops, supermarkets, and coffee bars are about 1 mile away, while tennis and gym facilities are approximately 1.5-2 miles away.
