Beaches and promenade are just a 12-15 min stroll away. ➡️ Facilities: Bed sheets, pillows, towels, kitchen utensils & appliances, TV, Netflix, superfast internet (600 mbps), AC, washing machine, microwave, and more. 🏠 The space: The 40 m2 apartment underwent a complete high-end renovation in 2019, with every detail carefully considered, all within a classic building from the 1970s. Our guests like to stay here because of the views towards the sea and mountains. Across the road you find a supermarket, which makes it perfect to enjoy breakfast at the sunny balcony before you start your day at a beach close by or hiking in the mountains. If you prefer having breakfast outside, there are cafes close by. By night, our guests love to explore "Plaza de los Naranjos" with lots of restaurants, or other parts of the old town. This fresh and stylish apartment is close to shops, restaurants and the beach; and it is located in a residential area in a complex building from the 70's which is not of the same standard as the flat's interior. 🧍Guest access: You'll find all the comforts of a home here, including a washing machine, big smart TV, and plenty of kitchenware.
