The coffee bar has a selection of syrups, the patio has a swing chair that I spent a lot of time in, and they have a hot tub that we enjoyed every evening. My husband used the fishing equipment and there are kayaks available. The location was in the middle of the keys, so it was easy to go to Key Largo or Key West. Ariadna was quick to respond to any questions that I had. We would definitely stay there again. ##### Tanya M. Great safe neighborhood and plenty of space. We had two day of high winds so the boat lift saved our boat from being pushed up against a dock. Only a 10-15 minute boat ride out to 7 mile bridge where we caught some great fish. We were able to bring them back to the house and use the fish cleaning station. One night a manatee came to visit! The hot tub was a blessing after a long day on the water. The house was furnished with things such as garbage bags toilet paper and dish washer detergent pods those are things not normally in a vacation rental. Boat lift rated for 14K pounds held our 26’ with ease, dedicated bait freezer, and abundance of convenience items like fishing equipment, beach chairs, and beach towels. If you are bringing a boat the dredged area into the neighborhood channel can be as low as 1 foot at low tide.
