(Sleeps 8) This newly built and beautiful 4/3.5 Geodesic Dome home with dockage is in a very quiet established neighborhood. Can accommodate up to a 28ft boat at dock with 15,000 lb boat lift available. Has immediate access to Gulf and Ocean. Gas dock located just minutes away at the El Faro Dock station. We are Conveniently and centrally located with various food options and 8 minutes from beautiful Sombrero Beach. Community boat ramp just a few blocks away ($25 per launch or retrieval). Boat ramp at Dodge Lake Corner of Harbor Drive and Aviation BLVD. Features and amenities include: Expansive open floor plan designed to capture and enjoy coastal living. Two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Master bedroom offers Queen size bed, large walk-in closet. Flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower as well as tub in separate room with Bluetooth Bathroom mirror with speaker and Lights. Guest bedroom 2 is also large with walk-in closet and Queen size bed. There is a full-size shower bathroom just outside the door. First floor: you will find the 3rd Guest room with Queen size bed. The location is prime for boating, fishing, kayaking, and excellent for making days trips to explore the Upper and Lower Keys! Max occupancy: 8 people total. There is sufficient parking for 4+ vehicles and boat trailer. NO RVS OR MOTORHOMES PLEASE. This home is designed for people who love to be on the water and fish. It has a bait/ice freezer, fish-cleaning station and grill just waiting for your catch! Storage room downstairs for poles and other gear. Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other watercrafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock.
