This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is a half a mile from the picturesque Sombrero Beach. Located on Sombrero Isle's Crystal Lagoon, this tropical oasis features ample deep water dockage and is minutes from Sister's Creek and a short trip to the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico via the 7 mile bridge. The lower level of this home offers a second living area with a pool table and separate bathroom and a fourth bedroom with bunk beds. Enjoy afternoons in the crystal clear oversized pool or bring your boat for fishing and snorkeling trips off our plentiful coral reefs. Boat lift is not for guest use. \- Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests (includes adults and children of any age) (\*children of any age, including infants, count toward occupancy) \- No day guests or visitors allowed above the max advertised occupancy. \- 4 bedrooms - 2 King Bedroom, 1 room with 2 Queen Beds, 1 room with 2 sets of bunks beds. \- 3 bathrooms \- Parking: 4 car, 1 trailer max. \- 36 ft of deep water dockage: (\*strict 1 boat max.) The weather was perfect which did play a part. The pool was in great shape, the dock was great for kayaking. We did not have a boat but the dock was there if we did. Great location. We biked to the beautiful Sombrero beach every day. Beds were plentiful and comfortable. The only drawback was the lack of a conventional over. The house has a microwave/convection over which I never could figure out how to bake in. But other than that I would recommend the house. ##### Debbie G. Having three generations under one roof for a full week was a priceless gift. We spent time in the pool, rented a boat to explore and utilize the boat dock, and enjoyed the terrific Florida Keys weather. Wonderfully decorated and excellent location for taking in all that Marathon has to offer. We had 8 adults, plenty of room and lots of fun! Victoria was great to work with. I couldn’t find an iron and ironing board and she had them shipped to the house in a couple days.
