The three bedroom two bathroom, newer build stilt home comes fully apportioned with a 30' concrete dock with space for up to a 45' boat, optionally heated pool and spa, and large industrial sized ice machine! Centrally located and just minutes from Sombrero Beach and all major shopping and tourist attractions! The Space: Like to fish? Fish right in your own backyard in the deep water canal! Snapper, Hardheads and other species can be caught right from the dock! Look out for manatees! Bring your boat and be on the Atlantic in minutes with world class fishing year round. Like golf? Sombrero Country Club is just two minutes from the house. Bring your golf cart and you can keep it at the house and drive it straight there! If the Ocean breezes are keeping you from venturing out, this house is on the best canal network in Marathon. You can drive your boat to several great restaurants without ever venturing into open water, so even when the seas are not cooperating you can enjoy social time on the water. If paddleboarding or kayaking is your thing, the canal network is among the best in the keys for that activity also. Paddleboard or kayak to Sombrero Beach!
