There's also a convenient half bathroom on this level for guests. There are four kayaks available for use during your stay.  
  
After a day of exploring the Florida Keys, return to the villa and unwind on the inviting porch—a guest favorite. This cozy outdoor sitting area is perfect for relaxing with a cold drink, reading a book, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings.  
  
Upstairs, the villa offers two beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms, each designed with comfort and privacy in mind. As evening falls, the balcony becomes the ideal spot to experience the Keys’ famous sunsets. With vibrant colors painting the sky, it’s a breathtaking way to end the day. Whether you're sharing stories from your adventures or enjoying a quiet moment, the porch offers the perfect mix of comfort and natural beauty. The villa is stocked with all the basics you will need to start enjoying your vacation right away without any worries. The villa also boasts amenities like an iron/iron board, a hairdryer, beach towels, umbrella, and beach chairs. To start your day, it has a kettle, regular coffee maker and it also has an Instant Pod, 3-IN-1 compatible with K-Cup pods, Nespresso capsules and your own ground coffee with the included reusable pod.  
  
Planning to bring your boat? We're happy to offer our guests access to an offsite boat slip, nearby boat ramp, and secure trailer parking—just 10 minutes from the property. These amenities are not included in the base reservation price and are available for an additional fee. If you're interested, just let us know before booking, and we’ll provide availability, pricing, and directions.  
  
Whether you're here for fishing, diving, or simply relaxing, this villa is the perfect home base for your Florida Keys escape.
