Nestled on a canal in protected Boot Key Harbor (5 ft. minimum depth) with quick ocean access, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and waterfront living. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, you'll be less than a mile from Publix, Winn-Dixie, Kmart, Home Depot, West Marine, a deli/liquor store, local restaurants, and the 33rd Street public boat ramp. Inside, you'll find:Master Bedroom: Queen bed, en suite bathroom with double vanity & stand-alone showerGuest Bedroom 1: Queen bedGuest Bedroom 2: Two twin bedsGuest Bath: Shower/tub comboThe home is equipped with central A/C, ceiling fans throughout, and a fully stocked kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (including microwave & dishwasher), plus a toaster, blender, slow cooker, and Keurig coffee maker.
