All the bedrooms had cozy mattresses with plenty of pillows and bath towels. Our favorite spot was the pool area which is thoughtful laid out to entertain. We cooked and ate mostly downstairs. The dock is like brand new. Fit our two boats perfectly. Dock rails are wrapped so no new boat scratches. Not much boat traffic and felt very safe. Fish cleaning table, bait freezer were perfect. Manatees watched us clean fish in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again. Our group travels a lot in the keys and this has to be one of our favorite homes we stayed in. ##### Torie G. Jan 13, 2026 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy The pool was not heated, which is fine, however the hot tub was on a very strict schedule from 3-10pm. The warmest temperature the hot tub reached was 92 degrees during the stay, and it would usually reach it around 7pm. With the pool temp around 71-72 degrees, it was too cold to use without having the hot tub run on demand to warm up in. The owner says the settings are fixed and cannot be changed.
