I loved that the guest bedroom had 2 separate twin beds so the kids didn’t have to share a bed. Location - quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to anything you need. Parking - just fine for our 16ft boat’s trailer & our full size truck. Canal - the idle zone is VERY long to go anywhere by boat. Dockage - (our only challenge we ran into) when the tide is low, the metal docking pillars do not reach low tide water level. We had to run to Home Depot and get 1x2s to strap to the pillars & down into the water so our 16ft Key Largo boat wouldn’t drift underneath and get stuck under water when the tide would rise. It was great to have a spot to dock my boat right in the back on a private dock and a place in the driveway to park my trailer. Kitchen was well Setup with everything you could need. Beds were super comfortable and living area was great for relaxing. Back patio was a great place for morning coffe and evening cocktails. Thanks again. ##### Matt F.
