Unwind on the expansive deck with a refreshing tropical drink, capturing the elusive green flash as the sun gracefully descends on the horizon. Immerse yourself in the large, heated pool or, for the avid birdwatcher, witness ospreys and their nests just a stone's throw away. Keep an eye out for graceful manatees gliding by!  
  
This townhome-style condo boasts an extraordinary open view of the awe-inspiring blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The main floor features a balcony that wraps around, complementing a half bath, a spacious living room, a dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a luxurious King bed, an en-suite bath, a TV, and a private balcony with a captivating Gulf view. The guest bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with two double beds and full bath in the hallway.  
  
Situated in a condominium community that has recently undergone renovations, this property is the epitome of a perfect vacation retreat. Conveniently located near Vaca Cut for effortless access to both the Ocean and the Gulf, the amenities include wireless internet, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer, central AC, and all linens provided. With forty feet of covered parking and charmingly landscaped grounds, your vacation experience is elevated to new heights in this rejuvenated paradise.  
  
Dockage available at first come first serve.  
  
Please note - there are no outlets for electric car chargers - you will not be able to charge your car on site.  
  
Need more than one unit? We also have Clocked Out, Cozy Castaway and Bikinis & Martinis too!  
  
There is an assigned spot under the unit where guests are to park all vehicles & trailers. Parking spot is about 8ft high and 40ft long. There is no on site trailer storage or extra vehicle parking. No rvs, campers or motorhomes.  
  
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.  
  
This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
