The deck canal side is literally rotting underfoot. The covered area is enjoyable but again not in great shape. The yard is covered in weeds and there was dog poop probably from a previous renter. Hurricane was moving in and the winds and rain would not allow us to use the tiki or take out a boat, which was the attraction of the property, on the canal. The pouring rain was pouring in through the roof and into the enclosed patio, so we could not enjoy the property, Or get outside at all. Basically stuck in the house we left after 48 hours. No refund was issued for the days that the schools were closed down and the trash collection was canceled, etc. even though it was not a mandatory evacuation, we only stayed a few days and expected some type of reimbursement or a voucher for future rental and they did not give us one ##### Nora B.
