The second bedroom features a queen sized bed with the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on the top. ••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants. ••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum. ••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately.
