Dedicated full pool bathroom also available on this level. 2nd Level of the Home: Ascend to the second floor of Casa Tranquilo, where an inviting, spacious layout seamlessly blends comfort with style. The open flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas creates a warm, welcoming environment, perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. This floor also features the master suite with a king bed and en-suite bath, as well as bedroom 2 with a queen bed and en-suite bath. Two upper screened-in porches provide almost 360° views, adding to the home's charm. Half bathroom off the laundry room on this level as well. 3rd Level of the Home: The third-level bedroom of Casa Tranquilo is a beautifully designed haven that combines comfort, style, and tranquility. Perfectly suited for families or groups, this expansive room features both a king-sized bed and a queen-sized bed, offering flexibility and ample space for relaxation. It also includes an en-suite bathroom. The layout ensures that both sleeping areas are generously sized, each designed with luxurious touches to enhance your stay. ••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number.
