We just completed a total remodel of this home in Jan of 2023 which included changing this already Large 2 Bed 2 Bath home, into an even Larger 4 Bed 3 Bath home. Here you will have no problem finding plenty of room to move around. We even converted the garage into another Master with in-suite full bath that we know y'all will LOVE! Perfect for extended family or 2 couples traveling together with different sleeping habits LOL. The owner has left nothing out on this remodel, except the 36' Yellowfin with Triple 400s to go with the street name, as it was above my pay grade :) We did install a Custom 40' Plus Heated/Cooled Pool with Intergrated Jacuzzi though. Added 4 Kayaks, Custom Landscape Lighting, Gas Fire Pit, with Plenty of Lounge Furniture an space to enjoy it to Boot. Let's not forget our Boat Slip with an Additional 80 feet of Seawall Dockage, Perfect for any/all of our Anglers. A Dock Pedistal with Power, Light, and Water, Bait Freezer, Custom Fish Cleaning Station, and BBQ cover allot of our outside details. We also LOVE that his home is at the end of a dead end street, affording us the opportunity to get away from all the thru traffic noise and do what we came here to do, which is " Relax and Have Fun ". Yes, we also have plenty of Off Street Parking and Room for a Boat Trailer should you have one too. Some of our inside features include a Fully Stocked Kitchen, High Defination Smart TV's in every room, & WIFI, Two Lounging Area's with Fantastic Open Gulf Front Sunset View's. We even added a Large Viewing Window so you have a Beatiful Ocean View while standing in the Kitchen for our " Chefs :) " of course we added two Bonus Window's that overlook the pool also so they can keep an eye on the little one's from there too. If you are concerned about our No Cancellation Policy or our Higher Security Deposit on this million dollar home,? We also give you the option of purchasing Insurance to waive those fee's if you wish at Tropical Property Rentals Marathon where you can get Vacation and Damage Protection for all your families needs. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so we are excited to hear what you say when you see ours! We loved the view and sitting by the firepit/water at night. The grill was a pleasant surprise (didn't see it listed on the amenities). The house was spacious, clean and stocked with kitchen utensils and gadgets. We enjoyed kayaking and the pool/spa. The pool/spa stopped working (pump turned off altogether) later in the week and was not fixed before we left (likely due to a passing storm and just needed to be turned back on but gate was locked). This was not a big deal for us. The only odd thing was a nosey neighbor taking pictures of our family while we were playing in the pool. The property was wonderful and Guy was a true professional and responded quickly to anything and everything we needed. The pool was great and the views are tremendous from the backyard. One note to anyone that might bring a boat…any boat less than 25 feet (and especially with relatively low gunwales) could present a problem at the dock. Even though tide swings are small (1-2 feet), the house is at the exposed end of the canal and gets some wind and occasionally rough water that could cause some “rash” from the dock. We figured it out with some creative placement of fenders, but it wasn’t easy. Bring extra fenders a dock lines.Overall, it was a great place and we would definitely come back. Thanks Guy! The house was immaculate when we got there, pool and hot tub (that can be cooled or heated) was ready to go, and A/C had the house nicely cooled upon our arrival. Loved the sunsets, dinners out around Marathon, and nightly marble games around the kitchen table. Lots of space to spread out and the 3 full baths came in handy. We loved everything about this house! Super clean, wonderfully decorated, comfortable beds and beautiful landscaping. We spent a lot of time at the pool and fishing off the dock. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood on the Gulf of Mexico side of the island. The pool and hot tub were great for my kids and the fish off the dock had us busy all day. The No-seeums were treacherous the first day or two, but with proper skin protection, candles, and incense they stayed away and we were able to enjoy the outdoors more fully. Views were amazing, sunsets gorgeous and would definitely go back. ##### Jeremy P.
