Loved this hotel....the staff was excellent, rooms very clean and roomy. Restaurant in the back on the ocean was perfect to set and relax plus from 3-6 was happy hour. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again and will tell any one traveling here to stay at this hotel.

The location and rooms were amazing. The only drawback was there was no breakfast served at the location, and they do not have umbrellas available if one is caught in the sudden downpour (maybe that's not a normal occurrence?).
overall we enjoyed our stay there. You get what you pay for, it was very clean, a little dated but we were there for the outside not the inside, the staff was very good, better than most.Walk out the door and the water is right there, very nice to wake up to.

Staying on a houseboat is very different. Very quiet and comfortable. If you're looking for the Ritz Carlton experience, this isn't it. This is the true experience of the original Florida Keys, before commercialism took over.
Wonderful stay. Spacious, modern and clean accomodations. Sam was extremely courteous and helpful. Great for families. Beautiful property and pool (heated). No housekeeping services, but we didn't mind. Also no crib/ pack n play, so we had to bring ours from home.

We stayed in a villa and it was very nice. I loved having a full kitchen. We went to truly relax and we found the place very comfortable. The pool area is very nice. We spent 2 days just hanging at the pool and we were all by ourselves. The canal is nice right out your door. Saw many fish and even a manatee.
In the central Keys Marathon is a relatively new city, though the area has been developed for a while. Tourists flock to Marathon to sunbathe on Sombrero Beach. Fishing and scuba diving are also popular here.
