Our stay at the Hotel was excellent. We got there late and we were given the instruction on what to do when we get to the hotel and the front desk was very helpful with the parking .Also they knew the area and they recommend the perfect place to have breakfast.
Kingsail was easy to fine and centrally located, near restaurants and the 7 mile bridge. The rooms were not great but the pool was nice and the seating on the dock was great for coffee in the morning and socializing at night. We had a good time.

"Nice hotel, great jumping-off point for Key West"
We picked this place on an internet whim as a reasonably priced place within the Keys that was close enough to Key West to visit there on a full-day trip and not have to pay Key West hotel prices. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean, staff was friendly and rooms had been recently renovated. Only down side was that the poolside bar was not open for the 2 nights that we were there; other than that, no complaints.

Checking in was a pleasure, the hotel facilities are in very good condition and well maintained. Our rooms was spacious and near the pool and bar/restaurant area. The pool is in a very nice setting and very open looking over a creek with no bugs!.
The bar and restaurant had a great menu and facilitated drinks by the pool.
We booked a short getaway at the last minute and were very pleased to find such a special place. Our unit overlooked the water as did most of the units. The restaurant was amazing and the staff was wonderful. The unit was very well kept. There are very good restaurants close by as well as interesting destinations-especially nature preserves. I hope we can come back again.
In the central Keys Marathon is a relatively new city, though the area has been developed for a while. Tourists flock to Marathon to sunbathe on Sombrero Beach. Fishing and scuba diving are also popular here.
