Holiday Home 'Gîte Le Petit Sableau' with Shared Pool & Spa, Private Terrace, Wi-Fi

Located in Marans, Gîte Le Petit Sableau is the perfect holiday home for a relaxing stay with family or friends. Spread over two floors, it accommodates up to 6 guests and features a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, and a bathroom.



For your convenience, the house offers Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for remote work, TV, fan, washing machine, as well as books and games for children. A ping-pong table is available on request. A baby cot and high chair are also provided.



Outside, enjoy your own private space with a garden, furnished terrace, and barbecue—ideal for shared moments. You also have access to a shared outdoor area with a heated saltwater pool (open April to September, 9 am–8 pm) and a year-round adults-only spa. For hygiene and comfort, swim shorts and sunscreen are not allowed in the spa, and sunscreen is also prohibited in the pool.



Two parking spaces are available on the property. For peace and respect, pets, smoking, and parties are not permitted. The house is not air-conditioned but benefits from good natural ventilation and step-free access.



We are committed to eco-friendly practices, providing recycling guidelines and equipment to help save water and energy. Guests are responsible for outdoor equipment. An inventory will be taken at check-in and check-out. Tourist tax and security deposit are payable if applicable.
