In the basement, three double bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, and private bathroom with shower, offer a serene and comfortable retreat after long days spent under the Sardinian sun. The Contract Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign the rental contract, required by law, for short-term tourist stays. Deposit The refundable deposit of € 800,00 should be paid by credit card at check-in. It is fully refundable at check-out unless damage is caused to the House. Local Council Tax The tourist tax, excluded from the total stay, is applied in accordance with municipal regulations where applicable. Please note that the Municipality of Villasimius requires the payment of a tourist tax to be paid on site. From 1st March to 31st October, € 1,00 (One/00) per person for every night (10 years are excluded).
