You will find the "Approdo" villa to be a comfortable and cosy 5-room villa spanning 120 square meters across two levels. The living and dining areas are combined into one space, featuring a dining table and satellite TV. This room provides access to the veranda. Additionally, there is one double bedroom on the main level. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove with four burners, and a microwave. A shower room with a toilet and bidet is also located on this floor.  
  
Amenities Included  
The upper floor of the villa consists of one room with two single beds and another room with a bunk bed that sleeps two. Another shower room with a toilet and bidet is available on this level. Outside, you can enjoy a large roofed patio and a spacious garden area. Patio furniture and a barbecue grill are provided for your convenience. The villa offers views of the surrounding countryside. Other amenities include a washing machine, an iron, a children's high chair, a baby cot (available for an additional fee), and a hair dryer, making it suitable for families on vacation.
